Telco Startup: Circles Life Singapore

Telco Startup: Circles Life Singapore

I’m back in Singapore for an extended period so instead of getting those SIM cards on the go, my friends recommended Circles Life and my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing!

Connection and coverage is brilliant, it’s way cheaper than the local telco contract plans, and they help you break up with your old telco contract by porting your number to their new Circles network.

There is an app to track your data usage, I’ve got unlimited free incoming calls, options to purchase extra data 250MB ($2) or 500 ($3.50), and my plan for 4GB and 100 minutes free talk time, free call number display, unlimited whatsapp (including the calls that don’t count towards the data plan!) and unlimited options to upgrade/downgrade the plan – ALL FOR THE PRICE OF $36/month).

It’s brilliant and obviously they do really well, they have enough marketing budget to take up large double decker bus ads, and the postman who delivered the registered package says he delivers about 200-300 SIM cards a day. That’s a lot of business and I wonder why would there be this constant demand for mobile SIM cards and data on a monthly basis?

To sign up it’s super simple, you transact everything online. It’s so convenient, this business model is brilliant and it makes life so seamless and effortless to connect when you land in Singapore.

If you decide to go for this, my referral code SCNWP will get you $20 off when you sign up on your first month, and in return I get bonus data too.
