Hong Kong: Drink Pokemon!

Time sensitive and relevant campaigns are the best. Four bars in Hong Kong including W hotel’s Woobar and Four Seasons’ Blue bar is running a brilliant Go Pokemon Campaign in the form of drinks!

It hits all the touch points:

  1. Great PR story as is cute, unique, current and relevant
  2. Drives sales ans traffic to the bar
  3. rides off the hot topic hashtags and current craze that pushes the content far up on FB feeds
  4. Simple campaign but being the first means anyone replicating it would be clearly singles out as copycat. Not cool
  5. Lots of user generated content to share across platforms with this tongue in cheek promo. This way everyone “catches” a pokemon. 👍🏼
