*Ample time devoted to break out groups to apply best practices to different case studies and clarifying goals and objectives.
I help to troubleshoot working alongside clients, whether it’s an online PR crisis or challenges with conversions. I facilitate sessions with breakout groups to solve challenges and find strategic solutions to need areas.
This includes channel audits, observations and fine tuning/ changing the strategic course based on the need areas, addressing challenges and a deep diving into UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) that translates seamlessly on/offline for consumers.
Workshops are not always an immediate fix. It provides insights for strategic direction and to nurture and grow with the demands of social media.
