Sushi Rollin’

How’s this for a fancy food contraption?? Man or machine for good sushi?

I found this ingenious invention by Osko + Oskodeichmann. If you’re hopelessly incompetent at rolling sushi like me (I’m always too greedily overstuffing the rolls), this is a great contraption to have in the kitchen.

haha I’m sure it was the joint, given that the meticulous Japanese have all these temperature control rules about making their sushi and maki.

I never knew these existed! I knew there were the rice moulds and then you just wrap the nori around it, but not a gadget like this. Haha. The things people invent for the not so dexterous. :D
