I saw this ages ago, but never got round to posting it. While trying to make up for my uneventful lunch at the staff canteen, I went through more readings on food and more food.

Escargots are one of my favourites and I haven’t had any significantly good ones since I arrived in Beijing nearly 3 years ago. So, this little experiment is environmentally friendly and fascinating. Feed snails coloured paper and they will poop up the same pantone and you can then use that already processed paper to make packaging. I think it’s a brilliant idea!

I’ll have a dozen of bourgogne escargots in that purple poop packaging please.
